7th Grade Conservation Field Days

Annually, in the month of September, Adams SWCD hosts conservation field days at Adams Lake State Park.

Nearly 400 seventh grade students from West Union, North Adams, Peebles, Manchester high schools, and the Adams County Christian School attend.

Students spend the day rotating through different presentation stations where they learn about forestry, soils, water, wildlife, and recycling.
